Return Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns for products returned in original unopened and sellable condition. Return instructions and a UPS return shipping label will be included in the package.

 

Product(s) purchased in the U.S. on https://www.simplybioinc.com/ may be returned for a refund if the products are returned in their original unopened and sellable condition within 7 days from the date the package was received, along with a copy of the Sales Receipt and completed Return Form. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.

 

We have a very strict return policy and all items returned not in original and sellable condition the client will be charged for the shipping expense of the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Please contact Customer Service by email at service@simplybioinc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in the Return Form. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
